Pattabhi Jois, es un estilo de Hatha Yoga din\u00e1mico de posturas sincronizadas con la respiraci\u00f3n mediante el concepto de vinyasa. Cada asana tiene un n\u00famero determinado de vinyasas (movimientos unidos a la respiraci\u00f3n para entrar, mantener y salir de la postura) y un sthiti, el estado de la asana (o la postura en s\u00ed misma), en la que se suelen permanecer 5 respiraciones.
